St. George Parish Church
Mar Jacob Thoomkuzhy, the Archbishop of Thrissur had proposed to take up a parish along with the ashram. Permission to celebrate public Mass in St. George Church, Kurumal was received on 4th of October 1996. After the necessary negotiations with the Archdiocese and mutual agreement signed between Mar Jacob Thoomkuzhy, the Archbishop and Br. Mathew Paikada, the Minister Provincial of St. Joseph Province on 3rd of October 1998, the Parish was taken up. On 10th of June,1999 His Grace Mar Jacob Thoomkuzhy, the Archbishop of Thrissur solemnly made it a full-fledged parish, and appointed Br. Jose Pullokaran the first Parish Priest of St. George Church, Kurumal.Gagultha Renewal Centre (GRC)
Our Provincial Chapter of 2006 decided “to start service for Akashaparavakal and a Renewal Centre in the vicinity of St. Damiano Ashram”. Through an official letter from the Arch eparchial Curia the Archbishop gave us the permission “to shift the Renewal Centre attached to the Calvary Ashram, Poothole to Kurumal” with some specified conditions. The governing of Gagultha Retreat Centre was formed into a Trust on 17 October 2008. GRC animates one-day Renewal services on every Friday as well as one-week residential renewals twice a month. It also regularly holds annual Bible Conventions.Complex of GRC
A new complex for GRC, with sufficient facilities of accommodation, prayer & intercession rooms, kitchen & refectory was blessed on 10th of April 2015 by Br Raphie Paliakara, the Minister Provincial. The 7th Extra Ordinary Chapter from 7 to 11 October, 2018 was celebrated here.AV Studio
A studio with Audio Visual suit was blessed on 21st of February 2017 by Br. Pauly Madassery, the Minister Provincial.Tau Vision
The logo of Tau Vision, a web-channel was inaugurated by Mar Tony Neelankavil, the Auxiliary Bishop of Thrissur and inaugurated by Br. Pauly Madassery, the Minister Provincial in May 2018. It was begun in view of emanating Franciscan ideals and messages through this new-gen means of social media.
Friends of Jesus (FOJ)
It is a project to care for the poor, sickly and bedridden patients. Mar Andrews Thazhath, the Metropolitan Archbishop of Thrissur gave the permission to start “Friends Of Jesus”. In 2014 the whole administration of FOJ was registered under a Trust. In the same year both GRC and FOJ were coordinated under one administrator, Br. Wilson Kodungookkaran, On 3rd of September 2019 fourteen inmates of FOJ were transferred to the Capuchin Sevanalayam, Pattikara to be the inmates there.
