The Second Election Chapter of 2005 decided to build an Ashram at Thalayolaparambu. Accordingly, a plot for the purpose of the same was bought on 15^th of September 2006 at Thalappara. On 11^th of July, 2007 the newly built Ashram was blessed by His Excellency, Mar Thomas Chakiath, the Auxiliary Bishop of the Ernakulam-Angamaly Arch Eparchy.
