Over these years and especially during this time of the pandemic crisis, the spiritual relevance and mission of this ministry have been developing with its recent entry into the online presence via YouTube and social media platforms.

Since in the beginnings of 1995, under the guidance of Br. Paul Adambakulam, a prayer house was started alongside of Sinai Ashram. After Br. Paul’s service time in Sinai Ashram, Br. Joy Menacherry, Br. Benny Peter, Br. George Kunnel, Br. Jose Mundadan. Br. Antony Vadakkan were all took great effort in bringing the enrichment of Sinai Renewal Centre.

The Major services in Sinai Renewal Centre are as follows:

  1. G-Net
G-Net alias God’s Net is a one-day retreat conducted for Children and youth on second Saturday of every month. This program offers the right balance of prayer, teachings based on the Word of God, counselling, Anointing, confession, games, and activities. The purpose of the different activities is always to promote human growth and the spiritual life of the children. After the Holy Mass, lunch is arranged for all the children who attends G-Net and to those who accompany them. We celebrate birthdays of all the children who were born on that month. We distribute cakes and small gifts to them as well. G-Nets begins with rosary at 09:00 AM and ends with an adoration by 03:30 PM.Kids these days spend too much time staring at screens. They surf the internet, check social media on their computers and phones, text their friends constantly, and play video games on big screen televisions. When they attend retreat like G-Net, they have to unplug. They must break their dependence on technology and learn that they can survive and thrive without it. All fun and socializing is done outside of a screen. They get to interact in person and play games with each other in real life, rather than on some app on their smartphone.
As Jesus said, “Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of heaven belongs to such as these.” (Matthew 19:14) This program gives children the chance to discover or deepen their relationship with Jesus in their lives!
